Baseball legend Curt Schilling penned a scathing column Sunday targeting a group of individuals who sent sexually derogatory tweets to his daughter over the weekend.
It started when Schilling tweeted a simple congratulatory message to his 17-year-old daughter Gabby for getting accepted into college.
Moments later, Schilling and Gabby’s Twitter accounts were flooded with vulgar, sexually-explicit messages that TheBlaze has chosen not to reprint.
Being a father, Schilling could not stand by and do nothing. The legendary pitcher penned a blistering columnon his blog.

In his blog post, Shilling particularly targeted two individuals and published screen shots of the comments they sent his daughter online. Soon after, their social media accounts were deactivated.
One of the individuals, Sean MacDonald, was found to be a ticket seller for the New York Yankees. According to NJ.com, he was fired from his position.
“We have zero tolerance for anything like this,” a spokesperson for the team said. “We’ve terminated him.”
The other individual targeted by Shilling, college student Adam Nagel, was denounced by his fraternity and suspended from Brookdale College while police conduct an investigation.

I’m glad that the two identified evil-doers have gotten their just deserts—being fired from a job for one and suspended from college for another. These lowlifes and their ilk deserve to be banished to the gutter FOR LIFE.
And now that Schilling knows who they are, he can visit a little more intimate justice on these low-lifes. Discretely, of course...

It’s a pretty stupid idea to make such comments about the daughter of a pitcher who can throw 98 mph fastballs.
Social media is an open sewer. If your kid plays in the sewer don’t complain when they get smelly.
Seeing Curt knew who these guys were, I can only say he’s a better man that I. When it comes to my daughter, going to jail is an afterthought.
...especially since he can also put them right where he wants them at 98mph.
Sadly, FreeRepublic isn’t necessarily much better these days. I had some charmer post a response to me that said, “Enough with your anal bleeding.”
Other people on the thread seemed surprised when I decided to ignore the lot of them after that.
I've seen it written that he's a Republican/Conservative.Even if that's true I wonder if,at the end of he day,they're worthy of any kind of respect.
