Women abuse people, just like minorities commit racism, etc. All the stereotypes are bad when carried to an extreme.
I will acknowledge that generally speaking men are more physically dominant and usually are more likely to abuse some one.
But women find plenty of ways to abuse and even kill men. Jodi Arias for example.

Women initiate domestic violence as often as men. Plus they tend to pick things up and throw or hit with them. But if a man eventually hits back, it's the man who will be arrested and prosecuted.
