I don’t believe this young woman violated any law. Yes, she is evil, but she did not break the law. Any conviction coming from a court of law would set an extremely dangerous precedent.
You now see where a law might be needed to enforce morality on people of her disposition, but that would be tough to bring about, and would probably be so vague that it either would never hold up, or would be the avenue taken to persecute anyone with whom one had a disagreement.
This is what civil suits are for. No, she didn’t commit a crime as I see it. If I were on a jury in a civil suit against this b@*tch I would give the boy’s family damages. Even if she has nothing to take, she will live under the judgement which can screw up your life. Plus the stigma she now has. Manson probably needs some more girls, she seems like his type.
Saying the right thing(s) to the right people about the right subject and perhaps flirting juuuust the right way does not make one an honor student
Someone show me the honor in a girl that has the mentality to say what she did
