Good God, manwhat have I done?! I went waaay over the line there, and I just don't know what got into me.
Maybe it was those flapjacks from St. Alfonzo's Pancake Breakfast... where I stole the margerine. Riding my pygmy pony along the boredom line with my Zircon encrusted tweezers.
I'll tell you what you've done, you have exposed me to one of his songs I never heard before. With three little words: Knirps... for moisture, I was compelled to turn to google to determine what the (he double hockey stick) they meant. While I assumed it referenced lyrics by Frank I wasn't sure. The alternative was your account had been hijacked (Just to keep on topic of the original thread!!!). When I found the song the lyrics were referenced in, Penguin in Bondage, I naturally had to give it a listen. That in turn sent me to YouTube. I got stuck there listening to Frank Zappa for hours. Spending all that time listening to Zappa, then caused my wife to make snide remarks about the amount of time I was spending on the internet. LOL. That in a nutshell is what you did. Thank you BTW. It was enjoyable.
I have come to the conclusion that a new music genre should be included, as the Zappa genre. As his music does not really fit nicely into any of the genres currently defined. Since his music seems to contain what may sound like a certain genre at the beginning, and then evolving into yet another. That other may not even be suitable for any of the genres currently defined. That's what makes him interesting to me, and from what I gather, so many others.
