Poll: 71.6% Say Brian Williams Should Resign From NBC

Seven out of ten Americans say that despite his apology, suspended “Nightly News” anchor Brian Williams should resign from NBC for repeatedly lying on national television, according to a nationwide poll conducted last weekend by McLaughlin & Associates.
The poll was commissioned by the Media Research Center (MRC), which is the parent company of CNSNews.com.
“This poll confirms that the American people no longer trust Brian Williams to report the news,” said MRC president Brent Bozell. “This is no longer about Brian Williams’ reputation. This is about NBC News having any chance of being a credible source of news.” …

I think he should stay; he is after all the ultimate anchor man the precise image of the entire MSM; if he stays we can continually point to that image of the lies and deception the MSM proudly proclaim.
They will only fire him or except his resignation because it will foster the faux perception the MSM in trying to clean up their act.
