CHICAGO - The longtime head of a suburban Chicago Islamic school has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing a 23-year-old woman who worked at the school.
Police said Tuesday that 75-year-old Mohammad Abdullah Saleem faces a felony charge and was arrested Sunday. He is due in court on Tuesday.

That would not happen, would it? After all, the imam is the Islamic equivalent to a priest or pastor, and isn’t the Islamic school an extension of the holy and consecrated mosque?
Or perhaps this falls under Shari’ah law, and is no concern of the civil authorities at all.
The imam would sit in judgment of himself, and the dispute could be quickly settled. Honor killing for the female, and the imam gains another notch in his belt toward cashing it in for Paradise.
He was exercising his religious rights. When arrested he said, “but I thought sharia law was already enacted and I had the right to punish her because I thought she was an infidel”...j/k
My former voice teacher used to host foreign students in her beautiful Boston home for extra income.
One of her “students” turned out to be a young Saudi man, college-aged, and a member of the royal family.
She was awakened one night with him on top of her, demanding sex.
She fought him off, had him removed from her home, and then she notified the agency that under NO circumstances would she EVER accept an Arab, Muslim, or Middle Eastern Student Again EVER.
What was notable about this incident was that the boy was totally confused and flummoxed by her negative reaction to his advances. He wanted sex, she was the only female in the house...so what was the problem?

Let’s see what happens and who nods sympathetically when this old pervert demands to be tried under Sharia law. There are certain to be some and they should be marked and noted for future visitation.
