Great poster! Michael Redgrave is Vanessa Redgrave’s (and sibs) father, yes?

A great, great spy movie, despite its age (and despite the fact that, in 1938, the Nazis couldn’t be named, but it’s obvious who the hostile “foreign power” is supposed to be).

The next Movie for a Sunday Afternoon should be “Never On Sunday” (1960)!

At first I thought it was a current documentary about
Hillary. After pondering the word “Lady” in the title
I changed my mind.

This was a great Hitchcock early romp!

Margaret Lockwood was just great!

Michael, the Redgrave sisters’ father, was good himself.

Dame May Witty stole the show, however.

Great choice - one of Hitchcock’s best pre-Hollywood thrillers.

Don’t you love how the British were packing guns in their travels overseas?
