Bruce Jenner will not get in trouble with the law as a result of his deadly car crash ... at least that's the way it appears based on a new photo.
The picture was taken by an independent photo agency just before Bruce slammed into a Lexus Saturday on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, sending that driver into oncoming traffic where she was killed after colliding with a Hummer.
It was unclear what, if anything, Bruce was holding in his left hand seconds before the crash. But the new photo shows Bruce clutching a cigarette, not a cell phone.

Correct. The article implies that he would only face charges if he were texting, which is ridiculous. Texting would only prove that he was being negligent, but its by no means the only proof.
At the least, Jenner is now going to have a lot less money in his checking account to cover the sex change operation.
If it’s a cigarette, he is burning the heck out of his fingers, if he is throwing it out the window, he is breaking a serious law in California. I’m not sure but isn’t that a felony because of wildfires?
Not if the driver is in excellent control of the vehicle. I mean primarily activities that keep the use of the driver's hand away from controlling the vehicle.
My guess would be “on Speaker” iPhone 6 - speaking into its edge.

Throwing a cigarette out this window is illegal in most parts of Los Angeles. Anywhere there is a threat of fire, meaning all canyons [Malibu for sure] ...
And they DO stop you and ticket.
They will go after the Prius if they go after anyone. Bruce will be exonerated.
How do you miss a car sitting right there when you are looking right at it?

Lets see, ... how many differences can we find?
1) The iPhone 6 Plus is gone,
2) Cars in the lane next to him that didn’t exist in the earlier picture,
3) Escalade front-end is diving down from hard braking in the original picture - not true in this new picture as evidenced by the larger distance from top of the left front tire to the fender well,
4) This new pic doesn’t show the moment of impact, and could have been taken anywhere up or down the road, before or after, even after the collision as he sits in his vehicle taking a Xanax.

The word “joint” can have multiple meanings to MR/MS Jenner.

I have never held my cigarette like that and that cigarette is shorter than the filter is. Even people who smoke filter-less cigarettes don’t smoke them down that far.
In other words— Jenner was stoned when he rear ended that woman’s car.

According to the NY Post, the Lexus rear ended the Prius ,which made a sudden stop, and he hit the Lexus. The Lexus was propelled into uncoming traffic.
