BTW, there's a fascinating exploration of the Black Power movement and disintegration of trust in civil rights activism once MLK Jr. was replaced by the likes of Ralph Abernathy in Pat Buchanan's latest work.

It's a biography of the Nixon comeback presidential campaign, which is worth reading, IMO.
