Thanks Mr. Care and Effect! My Dad just died 6 weeks ago od the same dreadful disease at the same age as Glenn Campbell. He was a brilliant physician and never touched cocaine.

I hear you. my aunt (who helped raise me) is 90 and in a home with Alzheimer's. She never drank,smoked or did a single line of coke.

Sorry for your loss. Have lost several friends, all of high intellect and technical skills to it. There is not enough known, except marginally in prevention. So devastating to see those we care for lose faculty, especially as they are aware of losing them.

Many in the music world have been touched and have tried to help with prevention. Steve Martin openly talks about his playing banjo to delay or prevent onset, and he has given quite a lot to the research end.
