yep - lots of bad accidents on PCH. My kids had a classmate that was a freshman at Pepperdine when he was killed on PCH. Dangerous road.
My cousin lives in the Palisades and its very windy road(Off of Temescal Canyon) where this particular accident happened is deep into Malibu, almost crossing over into Ventura County the street is so narrow over there, for this guy/gal whatever, to drive that fast it was a disaster waiting to happen
