Why? What were they doing that would justify him running into the back of another car? Maybe the dead woman should have sped up so the special snowflake wouldn’t have run into her....
Well, duh. :). Nothing justifies the death of the passenger in front of him, and it is not the victim’s fault she died.
All I read was that he had been speeding. When was he speeding? At the moment of impact or a mile back on the road. How fast? Did he bump the car in front of him or run into it full speed? Did excessive speed cause the accident or did he misjudge the stopping distance with the trailer hitched to the back. Did the paparazzi who managed to get the pictures of the impact somehow cause Jenner’s attention to be pulled away from the road? To many unknowns at this point.
