Again, it’s really easy ... you say these mosques are political and get no tax exemption under our Constitution ... while I say, these mosques are religious and get a tax exemption.

You’re saying it can easily be that way under our US Constitution ... and yet it isn’t.

You’re talking about what you “want it to be” under the US Constitution, while I am talking about “what it is” under our US Constitution.

Star Traveler, the problem here is that your "really easy" doesn't grasp the simplest of things.

Congress is given the power to tax by that Constitution. Congress has also deemed that those tax exempt 501c3 organizations are prohibited from political campaigning.

Apparently the Congress, the Constitution and the U.S. people have found no problem with this. It's not as if churches have not had their tax exempt status threatened for discussing the evils of our politicians from the pulpit, the have, and particularly threatened by this criminal administration.

Fine, Obama wants to promote Islam and threaten Christianity and Judaism, then let's make him and Islam play by the very cards they themselves have lain! What goes around, comes around. It's not unconstitutional; it's reality and the law of nature itself.

It has already been established that denial of tax exempt status to a political organization is entirely constitutional. You're preaching about a resolved issue.

The only additional detail you need to recognize is that Islam itself has indicated that it is, and shall always be, a political and social ideology, with political, social and religious dictates being inseparable, as indicated in the Quran itself.

Neither the Constitution, nor claims about the status quo will serve your argument.

You may "say" all you want, but by our laws, and in agreement with the Constitution, Islamic organizations should not be recognized as tax exempt.
