I do remote support on iPads. I HATE iPads.

Then why do you use them for something they were not designed to do? Unless, of course, you can design them to do it!

Surely, an MBP would be better. Or maybe a System76.

Or maybe a Samsung tablet outfitted properly. Make it happen, and you'd be adding value.
