My first single was The Beatles (Love Me Do and Please Please me)and the 2nd was “Don’t let the Sun catch Your Crying”

My first Rock Album was THE DOORS. Then Sergeant Pepper.

Then the dam broke! LOL!

Along with the Library borrowings of Gypsy music and the red Army Chorus.

I was quite eclectic.

That first Beatles record I bought was an imported Spanish 45 EP with four songs on it; “I Want to Hold Your Hand,” “Love Me Do,” and two others. I sold it on eBay 10 years ago for over $150.00. My first “Rock” album was 1963s “Joey Dee and the Starlighters at the Peppermint Lounge.”

“Don’t Let the Sun Catch You Crying” great Mersy Beat song from Gerry and the Pacemakers, 1964.
