Well, according to some links on The Drudge Report this morning, the storm did fail to meet expectations in many areas, especially in NYC, which only got 6" or so. One meteorologist at the National Weather Service even went so far as to apologize for getting the predictions wrong.

Which also goes to prove my point about these global warming nut cases. If the local weather folks can't even get the correct forecast a couple of days ahead of time, how in the heck can these climate change fanatics get it right 50-100 years down the road. Answer: They can't.

I was actually surprised to see CNN even covering this faux historic blizzard yesterday on the TV. I joke with my wife, that every time I turn that channel on at home, they are always talking about missing Malaysian airliners. Stuck on stupid.
