So, let me get this straight; even after the expense of buying a Satelite Radio for home use, I will still need to PAY for a SUBSCRIPTION? I will be in hock to ‘somebody’ for approx. $20. a month!! I think that concept is what made me reject the satelite method years back when it began.

Is there a way to get some kind of variety of talk shows without being on the hook month after month, or is that just the way the system works? These are some of the questions I’d be too embarrassed to ask a sales clerk who probably grew up with this being the main method of getting radio.

I've been using iTunes software to access internet radio for two years. It's free, and there are literally more stations than one can visit. I use a slightly dated version [10] as the new version won't let you access the tuner without creating an account. Just tell it NO to an upgrade, and no sweat.
