I don't understand why every economic "forecaster" says Japan is in decline because it won't import foreign labor. Its just stupid, and no one thinks when they repeat it. Japan is a very homogenous culture, and importing Africans or Pakistanis would simply create an immediate outsider, underclass in their society. Look at Europe - their "foreign labor" winds up on welfare at twice the rate of native Germans or French. How is that an economic benefit?
