The country (and its major states of Ca, Ill, and NY) are BROKE. As is Soc Sec and Medicare.
The reality just hasn’t hit yet.

The property, at 550 Quadrille Blvd., is just north of the Palm Beach County Courthouse. The towers combined would be between 800,000 to 900,000 square. Greene bought the 3.3 acre site last year for $15 million.
The office tower will be state of the art, designed to attract top headquarter and corporate tenants. Meanwhile, the second tower will consist of a five-story hotel downstairs, condos upstairs, a health club, a restaurant, and outdoor and indoor tennis courts.
