No, he didn’t shut off anything.
City crews had to scramble to shut stuff off to prevent an explosion.
The guy really is that dumb.
Ever see a D6 with float tracks disappear into a damp meadow while the operator took a coffee break?
Ever see a 40’ steel piling being driven at 30 blows/foot suddenly break loose into free fall, then hear a splash? (Pacific Palisades, Ca.)
As for bolt holes not lining up, ever spend 3 days carefully marking the location of anchor bolts for the support structure of a multi-billion dollar NIF laser, and another day shooting the bolts to be sure they are correct, only to find out that the china-men that drilled the holes in the shoe plates just guessed where they should be?
Give the guy a break, his little goof isn’t even on the radar.

It was a Komatsu D65, sideways down a bank into a pond.
Couldn`t breath properly for hours ,afterwards.
Concrete piling Explode on impact as it was driven down into the pre-dug hole. We`d all given it safe distance after the `stent` was loaded.
All that was left was a pile of buckled re-bar and 20 blokes helpless with laughter on the floor. After that they got in a vibrator.....
A 40` piling into water....i`m jealous. :)
Oh that must have pee`d you off with those holes ,what clowns.

LOL!
When my first wife moved out pending our divorce I packed every single one of her belongings up carefully and labelled all the boxes. I helped carry them to the truck. I double checked carefully to make sure nothing was missed.
I wept a little bit over the 10 wasted years. I gave myself 24 hours to feel sorry for myself.
Then I threw a party.

Totawee....
But the media says they were not living there and I would say that's true...otherwise he'd be out on the street and obviously, that's not the case.
No matter...he wecked it.
The minute you start applying for permits, the EPA will be all over your butt! Avoid the EPA and just do it!
We don’t know when the pictures were taken.
Maybe when she got there the lot was empty.
There is too much that is not being said here to draw any solid conclusions, but I’ll stick to my analysis that the house was beyond fiscally sound restoration.
Especially in today’s market, when that condition is discovered, its time to act.

One thing I learned about women (with exceptions {moi})...it takes them forever to make a decision and I think this was one of those cases.
