The next two years will fly by like five minutes . . . under water.
Chances of long term national survival very low IMHO.
The gay “marriage” ruling coming up will be the climactic toilet bowl vortex.
I pray I’m wrong.

And you are cheering for what? Hillary or Dizzy Warren? The idiots won’t vote for a conservative and they don’t like RINOs. They want a liberal who will give them everything in free stuff. The real, real desperate thing is that in the next few years some of the Supremes will have to fall away. Age is getting to them. That means the liberals will have their ultimate wet dream. A complete liberal supreme court ran by liberals and they will get everything they ever wanted. Total homo love. Come back and revisit guns and take those away. The Supreme Court will soon become totally liberal if a conservative does not get in this next election and the republicans hold on to the Senate to be able to get decent replacements into the Supremes. Otherwise, the court is lost for all our life times.

This is my worry.. losing the Supreme Court. I mean, Kennedy is sometimes good, but he goes against us on some pretty big-ticket items.

If Hillary gets in, I fear her replacing Scalia, Thomas, or Kennedy. And we’d lose a golden opportunity to replace that old troll Ginsberg. They’d have a five-member majority, which would mean liberal rulings on EVERYTHING, from religious liberty, guns, life. We could win all the downticket races we want after that, state, federal, city, etc - but the liberals would bring lawsuits, and their robed goons would knock-down ANY legislative progress we make.

I’m 37 right now. Losing 2016 and the judiciary would mean I’ll be an old man before I see a chance that the country could even begin to recover. And that’s if I make it that long.

2016 is this nation’s fork in the road. If conservatives lose, I’m out. I’m done. If we lose, I step-up my prepping for the inevitable collapse, and I quit caring about a nation I wouldn’t recognize anymore.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!

No doubt!

Actually, I bet they would try and pass permanent legislation to make his tyrannical action legal and irreversible.

Nice try, but the old Supreme Cout boogie man won’t work any more. bec Republican W Bush appointed Chief Justice Roberts, who single-handedly declared a penalty a tax and saved ObamaCare. His father appointed the Liberal Souter. Nixon appointed Blackmon, who wrote the opinion declaring abortion legal. Ford gave us flaming Liberal, John Paul Stevens. Even Reagan was stung by appointing OConnor and Kennedy to the Court.

Isn’t it amazing that Democrat presidents never choose a Justice that votes with the conservative wing of the Court? They are much smarter at choosing Leftists such as Ginsberg and Breyer, who never deviate from the Democrat agenda.

Pardon Pen candidates? I would say that Mumia Abu-Jamal will be on that list.

Fortunately for us, that's a PA state issue, so he has no power to issue a pardon for that creep.

It wouldn't surprise me if the new leftist Rat PA gov (Wolf) does so at the end of his term, though.

Losing the Supreme Court?

Hell, that ship sailed years ago. The Supremes ruled in favor of ObamaCare. And they will rule in favor of queer marriages in the very near future.

I've never pinned any hopes on SCOTUS. Just like I don't have any big hopes and dreams for a Republican controlled Congress.

Who would stand up to him and make him vacate?

Obama has done serious damage to our freedom, to the rule of law, and to the Constitution, but refusing to leave office would be a line that our country would not permit him to cross. That would mark an absolute end to the legitimacy of FedGov. I won't speculate on how he would be stopped, but he would be stopped, and I'm sure he knows it. Obama wants to retire from the effort of working three or even four days in a row between vacations, so that he can enjoy the uninterrupted adulation of the parasitic welfare class.

You believe what you might. But let a dimocrat socialist homo commie muzzie loving president put 6 homo loving socialist living commie best pals, muzzie by religion, supremes into the chairs and then get back to me friend. You are SILLY if you don’t think that a dominate court of liberals, and that take FIVE only, could not change the entire face of this nation you are SILLY!!! They could change everything they wanted. The Constitution and Bill of Rights could become toilet paper over night. Guns? Church and State? Schools? Military? What the dims can get away with? Every stinking one of them would be changed to make anything the dims wanted to do or did would be law the second it was challenged. Drug sellers would all be turned out on the street. Taxes piled upon taxes on “the rich” and nothing could be done about it. Anything and everything would be open to the dimocrat homo socialist commie muzzie way. If you don’t think that is possible, well friend, I have this really nice bridge in Brooklyn that I would like to discuss selling to you.

I have always said that Justice Kennedy is the most powerful man in the world. Not the president, Kennedy is. The votes normally, and I’d say normally is 99.9% of the time, the vote is 4-4 and Kennedy is the one all the lawyers are going after. They know they have either of the 4 they need, Kennedy IS the guy.
