Exactly. That's what tires do, same would apply to footballs.
They would also need to check the 12 balls the colts provided and see if they are under inflated as well.
If they are, chalk it up to the weather. If not, Belicheat has struck again.

Except, the Colts' balls were outside in the same temperature and would have deflated just as much. I'm assuming that if the Pat's balls were tested, so were the Colts'. The Colts' balls could be used as a control against the Patriots.

Exactly. That's what tires do, same would apply to footballs. Except, the NFL weighs the balls. Although PSI is subject to temperature, weight is not.
