Good morning n’@!

Glad to know P6 is okey dokey. I feel his internet pain.

I can’t get rid of our land line phone. I don’t want it. I UN plug it, but I have to keep it in its place (taking up kitchen counter space or my husband would buy a replacement). WE NEVER USE THD LAND LINE. EVER! But it is bundled into our COMCASTIC Bill. It can’t go away ever or THE BILL GOES UP!

Our internet is painfully slow (it affects—boo hoo—17 yr olds gaming w/xBox too!) and we DONT HAVE FIOS and we can’t get Root to work on the
Roku.

I know...1st world problems.

I drove by where I used to work—oh my. There are two other highway store fronts that are also now dark. And there was an office supply place (known that it was going to close at end of 2014) that is also out of business in the same building.

Morning!

We need a land line phone. Our cell phones don’t work here. I’m considering the basic phone service, which is 24.95 for local unlimited plus five cents a minute long distance. My sister is the only one I call who is long distance and she said I can call her and she will call me back. She has unlimited. Comcast also has a 50 mbps that is not listed on their site. You have to call. Would be about 60.00 a month. We’d drop the cable and have the Roku and (hopefully) a couple of local stations with antenna.

That’s my plan anyway!
