probably went to hell in a bucket, but at least he enjoyed the ride
In summary:
GET OFF MY LAWN!
why didn’t you post the whole thing, but then there wasn’t much info there. still wondering if they found him dead 20 years ago or they just now found him and are asking who is he.
OK, Chuck Berry wrote it but since it was a Dead live show staple, I’d have thought he might have taken a hint from the song Promised Land and “called Tidewater four, ten-o-nine to tell the folks back home this is the promised land callin and the poor boy’s on the line...”
When located he remarked what a long strange trip it’s been.
I don’t know don, that’s a pretty funky tune.
When my daughter was a teen ager she made some pretty good coin babysitting some kids whose parents would take off for the weekend and attend Grateful Dead concerts. These Dead Heads were able to fly to the concerts because he was an Air Traffic Controller.
I haven't seen a Deadhead sticker, nor any dancing bears stickers up this way since I've lived here 10 years or so.

The dancin’ bears are on craft beer bottles these days.
I see. Thanks for the heads up.
I don’t get it. Isn’t “not coming back part” part of the rules for following The Dead ?
I wonder is Jason knows Jerry’s dead ?
ROFLMAO !!! Those were my exact thoughts before I opened this thread !
They must be Grateful.
How Virginiaâs 20-year-old ‘Grateful Doe’ mystery may soon be solved
[snip] The unclaimed and unidentified body was given the name because the teenager was wearing a Grateful Dead t-shirt and carrying Grateful Dead concert ticket stubs in his pocket at the time of the fatal crash on Route 58 in Emporia. He also had a note on him addressed to “Jason.” [/snip]
