I was kind of surprised to see Selma in the best picture nominations and wondered if it was a bone thown to the African American community. Glenn Beck loved Selma and suggested everyone see it. I won’t. The subject matter just doesn’t interest me. But I’ve heard others say it’s not a very good movie.

So create an Oscar for Best Black Film, or whatever.
Maybe even the liberal establishment is getting worn out by all the Ferguson antics et al.

Another way of saying that is that 90% of the time, the nomination list includes a black person.
