It doesn’t matter if 40 million people marched in Paris or anywhere else. It doesn’t matter if Obama was there or not.
Islamic jihadists are hell bent on destroying western civilization (or what’s left of it). Marchers aren’t going to deter them.
March or not, NO world leaders have the stomach to do what needs to be done and until or unless they do, the senseless murder of innocent people will continue.

Obama told the world at the UN how he really felt about Islam and anyone who has the temerity to satirize it. Sorry but no one should be shocked. Its also time to face facts. Obama was elected and reelected. His sentiments are not happening in a political or cultural vacuum. America sadly has entered a post Christian, neo pagan era of decadence and decline.
It could have offended the terrorists and then they would have questioned Obama’s commitment to the jihad against America.

As a VERY rare defense of Obama, I don’t think that security for him could have possibly been accomplished on short notice. Just sayin’.

BUT... unless any of these Euro leaders who “marched” are prepared to TAKE ACTION to deal with the Muzzies who have invaded them, this entire show was just that, and nothing more: a show. A feel-good, look-at-me, je-suis-Charlie SHOW!

Nope, the real reason is he does not see anything wrong about jihad. After all he was born of a devout Muslim father, was raised by a devout Muslim step-father, and then attended college as a Muslim foreign student with money from some middle-east Muslim kingdom. (which is why his college records are secret).
The march was for world LEADERS, not Community Organizers. Obama didn’t qualify.
The message his absence gave to the world is reprehensible.
Well, it’s significant that the Daily News, which usually supports Obama, is attacking him like this, with huge headlines and photos.
Plenty of lefties will see this. And plenty of shoppers will see it in the news stands, even if they don’t buy the paper.
