It is likely that decent people will lose this battle. That means the law will pretend that gay “marriage” has something to do with real matrimony. It does not mean that honest people have to pretend that gay “marriage” is any more real than unicorns and patriotic Obama supporters.
I could never vote for Jeb because of Teri Schiavo, the issue that's never mentioned in the media.

If you mean the republican open primaries, then yes.
Jeb’s base is the Democrats who will vote heavily for him in the Republican primaries, even the closed ones, and then vote for the Democrat in November. It has happened enough times that it is a tradition and the RNC thinks it is just peachy keen.
