It’s up to the states, ultimately a state’s voters, to use their 10th Amendment-protected powers to decide what an unborn baby is. In fact, activist justices wrongly usurped state powers to politically “amend” the so-called right to have an abortion to the Constitution imo.

It is indeed ironic (iconic rather?) that the same liberals who "found" a "right to privacy" in the Constitution (between a woman and her doctor) that "created" the "right to abort all babies every day every month" REFUSE to permit ANY discussion of a "right to privacy" in healthcare under ObolaCare that prohibits the federal government from interfering in EVERY person's health care, its funding, its records, its medicine, its rules, and its legal environment.
