Thank you all so much for you prayers, thought and comments of support.
Seeing the keyboard a bit clearer now after a beer.
. So I'd like to share a Pic of my old friend "Buddy T. Fuzzbutt" of the Charleston Fuzzbutts.
Buddy came to us thru a friend, Buddy's mom had been killed in a farm accident.
Knowing we were cat people he showed up at the house with this little red furry ball that could only manage a squeek. I bottle fed him on my lap every morning, and evening (Mom took care of the other feedings)

He became a truly Regal Cat, and my best friend... So Meet Buddy...

God loves Buddy more than you do and he is now with God. Animals do not sin and live in a natural state of grace with our loving Creator.
You will see Buddy again. I am sure of it. Buddy is now in much better shape too. No more kidney problems.

What a beautiful cat, and great companion as you describe. My orange kitteh and best friend is now almost 17, and so far he's hanging in there though showing signs of age. Every one of God's creatures passes some day, and I've endured the loss of many great animal friends over my 63 years. Someday I'll surely join them as well.

I share your sorrow and hope that by sharing, your pain is lessened, and I echo Slings' prayer that you and Buddy are reunited at the Rainbow Bridge.

Your Buddy looked like my Tigger.
I once had another orange tabby that would fetch a toy mouse
for as many times as I would throw it, he would run and tackle it bring it right back and drop it right back into my hand, even when we went for drives in my truck.
