Be sure the statement is signed by the original slave/claimant or next of kin. Include father’s real name or a genealogical map to speed the processing of your claims.

Please enclose a photocopy of your recent voter-id or some other document for verification. Mug shots are acceptable in lieu of the above.

Upon verification, approval, and processing we will direct deposit to your account in the Bank of Zimbabwe the full amount payable in Zanbabwean dollars. Be sure to include your bank account number. Unclaimed amounts will be forfeited after 30 days.
