If that were true, my guess is a newbie couldn’t post either.

No, newbies are on probationary status. Every time they hit send it automatically goes to the moderator for approval.

The newbie gets a message.... Thank you for your submission. You’re reply will be posted soon.

Then if the moderator approves it, the message gets posted.

This lasts for the first couple of dozen or so replies, until that newbie is finally trusted.

Natural Anti-Fungals? Cool
Think I will try the recipe (sans the Vodka) to combat Cutter Ants!
I battle them every year... they just move. But if I can figure out how to kill their underground Garden I’ll either starve them or move them to someone else s yard.

I have allergies, too. Texas is not the greatest for allergies but that’s life for me no matter where I live. I hear parts of Arizona is good for avoiding allergies.

No place I have been in Texas is not diverse but cultures blended here in the good places to make what I call tex-mex.
It’s American, fun and beautiful to me.

Anyway, I love Austin. Every city has it’s liberals and criminals. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants and art, shows, music and dancing. Hill country is like an expensive suburb of the Austin city area which is the government center and near the University. There is a place called Georgetown kind of close in and cheaper but sweet from first impressions.

I was not that impressed with San Antonio. I have spent less time there than in Austin so maybe I missed something.

We go to Austin when our sons come to town so they can bar hop, listen to bands, dance and girl shop. The wild flowers around the area are wonderful so we do Spring trips out that way to see them. The blue bonnets...it’s unbelievable. I go there for business occasionally, too.

Beware - Austin ain’t cheap.

I’m glad that nonsense wasn’t around before the rocks cooled. I wouldn’t have bothered with 30 replies, much less 30K+ and dozens of threads posted.
