Formerly the "Fans of Quinn and Rose Discussion" thread, our group been meeting here since 2008. We still hold out hope that our favorite talk show hosts will come back on the air but, whether they do or not, our friendly group will still meet to start the day. So if you are preparing to go to work, are getting home from work - or happily retired - stop in and say mornin' and share the latest news, discuss the weather, share a recipe, or whatever!

I never heard the Quinn and Rose duo on the radio but judging by their devoted fans here every morning they must have been pretty good!
Do they have a website where old shows can be downloaded?

Yup Q&R were America’s Conservative Morning Show! Sneaks will know more than I but IIRC a few shows are still floating around somewhere on the net. I am looking on my PC for the Christmas show and may have a few more.

Q&R were SO FAR ahead of what every other radio host was talking about, even Rush!
sneaks: I posted from home on yesterday’s thread but they didn’t show. It seems my Comcastic service is running around 1Mbs until late in the afternoon! It could be my modem/router. It has been nothing but problems since Comcast put it in and took the old one. Too busy to do anything about it now...

They are in Pittsburgh. Fearless voice of reason in a sea of libs! If you go to Youtube, a number of their shows are posted there. Rose sat in for Hannity several times. They were NOT afraid to talk about what so many talk show hosts would not. They are working on trying to find a way back.

How I miss our Q&R.....
I believe I have some of their shows. Looking through some podcasts on my mp3 player, I am happy that I have their D Day special. Makes me cry every time I listen to it. I wish I had the Christmas show. I am not on Pay Pal, but I might get it. Wonderful show.
The selection on iTunes is limited BUT there are several months of 2013. If I can get my Comcastic connection working fast enough I might try to DL a few at home.
The Cuba thing is going to hurt BO. Miami hispanics are not happy! Do you think he made the move in part to push Jeb Bush, Rubio and Cruz into making a mistake?

Yep! I’m a Cruz fan myself. Wouldn’t mind if he ran with Allen West as his VP!
I believe he’s building allies among the communist leaders. When you look at his background and his mentors - everybody who influenced him growing up - he has been saturated with a hatred for this country. He hates the US. He hates our influence in the world. He hates our military. He hates our history. He has befriended every enemy of this country. He has insulted our traditional allies.
He said he wanted to fundamentally transform this country. He is actively doing that. HIs time in the White House is short, and he’s making the most of it.
That’s my take on it anyway!
I’m heading up to bed. Have to be up at 5:30. Ugh! HOw I hate nights like this!

Did YINZ see the news...the NORKS wanted to attacked our nuke plants the 90s. I really question the timing of the Sony hack (look! They’re #Raaacist) and the “movie” release (just like the “movie” was to blame for Benghazi). A convenient MO and easily grasped by the low info crowd, and it’s all just “too perfect” that the Dem donor HOLLYWOOD LIBS conveniently email racist comments....

I have the D-Day show, but not the Christmas show. I used to. I don’t do Paypay, so I guess I’ll have to do without. Their Christmas show is fantastic though! It became a holiday tradition with us.
