I didn’t know that about Daryl Dragon, “The Captain”. I never paid that much attention to his keyboarding but watching him on the video, I see what you mean.

Yes, they both did keyboards. DD did a tour with the Beach Boys doing their keys and when they went on another tour he didn’t want to go but recommended TT (they weren’t married yet) take over the keys. She did the tour and the Boys always called Toni the first girl “Beach Boy”. Toni developed a crush on Daryl and penned the tune “The Way I Want To Touch You” but she claimed the “touching” referred to an emotional touch (but some stations wouldn’t play the song anyway because it was “too suggestive”).
