Sometimes I give my daughter a short speech on the garbage of climate change politics and MSM fear mongering.
She is of that young age where she nods at everything I say. It’s nice.
Whatever you say to your daughter now will be repeated back to you in 15-20 years.
Apparently (at the time), everything I told my son was a lie—he never believed it. But now that he is an adult, he says those things back to me, prefaced by “You said...” Or I hear him talking to his friends on the internet, repeating the ideas I told him so long ago.
I didn’t even think he was listening...
