Accomack County Sheriff Todd Godwin told WAVY News he charged the PETA workers with larceny. He said pets are considered personal property. But the local Commonwealth’s Attorney said he dropped the charges because there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute. He said the video does not show criminal intent, so he declined to take the case to court.

I would think taking someone's property from his porch is pretty clear cut larceny but the scumbag DA doesn't want to bother with it so there will be no criminal case. Civil is all this guy has.

Isn’t theft criminal? But as I have been saying for years, the law does not apply to liberals....
