CLE 9-7
BALT 9-7
KC 8-7-1
SD 8-7-1
HOUS BUFF MIA also cannot win 9 games.
BROWNS GET 2nd place over BALT in above case and get #6.
But KC-SD game must end in a tie.
if KC SD OR BUFF or BALT win this week, it is over for CLE.
