OPELIKA, Alabama - An Auburn freshman football player was shot and killed at an off-campus apartment complex early Sunday morning, police said, according to local reports.

They need to protest this problem, then.

Die-ins, looting/rioting...Sharpton, Al, Eric and 0 need to see to this.

Some of the fans of this school have a holier than thou type attitude. If they win, “It’s a God thing.” It’s rather bizarre.

They need to seriously address things and take a look at the plank in their eye.

It is like the use of the N word.

You can shoot my friend or me and call me the N word, as long as you have the same skin color as me, but oh, $@%$ you didn’t just do that if you are not black!

This is tragic. Even more tragic because the black community blames whitey for their own problems.

The shooting early Sunday occurred at the same apartment complex where three Auburn football players were killed in a shooting in 2012.

Has the university considered having their football players live somewhere else?

“Has the university considered having their football players live somewhere else?”

I bet you a dollar to donuts that the “off campus apartment” is a recruiting tool. Being off campus means you don’t have the same rules as on campus students. U of MD, for example, has a football dorm only ON CAMPUS. There are rules when they can go out and when they can’t. There are rules as to who has access to the dorm as well. I’m not saying that D1 players are choir boys but a university chooses whether they restrict the freedom or not (and to what degree). IMHO.

Even that supreme propaganda movie “Blind Side” directly alluded to where they recruit football players from and its disfunction. That girl who was burned to death ( a lot of that going around) was running in social circles that either produced football recruits or drug dealing gangsters.

Our daughter went to a SEC school and same black disfunction followed into the school and the city. Whole apartment complexes suffered from “vibrancy” and drug dealing and lead exchanges.

When we lose, it is also a “God thing.” Can you not mourn with us that a young man is now dead?

Maybe. But that apartment complex isn’t in a bad part of town—lot’s of students live there and it’s popular.

Still, there was a party there a couple of years ago where a guy shot and killed three people; two of them Auburn players. It was black on black. The guy was just convicted, but hadn’t even been sentenced yet. He did it because he was a punk who thought he was a tough guy and wanted to show he wouldn’t be dissed.

I would venture to say we’ll see a similar motive in this one.

A few years ago it happened to UConn, when Jasper Howard was killed. It is a shame when anyone gets murdered, but prayers to his family.

"One of the players sought Gus Malzhan’s help and he did nothing."

Nothing?

He's a football coach...I bet he coached, eh?

He's not a baby sitter.

SEC is a conference of non academic schools. The SEC is the minor league of the TFL (Thug Football League aka NFL).

Like for instance, the football dorm at UAB, since they (UAB) don’t need it anymore.

The cops must know the perps are black. Otherwise, they’d be screaming UNARMED Jakell ad nauseum.
