On Sunday, CNN’s Inside Politics spent several minutes hyping the supposed headache Tea Partiers could give GOP leadership despite the Republican Party winning their 54th Senate seat following Saturday’s runoff in Louisiana.

During the discussion, Robert Costa of The Washington Post insisted that Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is trying “to govern responsibly and he wants to set the party up for major gains in '16. And that started in 2014 by pushing back the Tea Party and it starts now by making sure that all the passions and eagerness in the House don't overtake the party.”

I feel lucky to be alive at a time when the mainstreammedia is becoming irrelevant.

Zuckerberg hasn't learned a thing.

BTW, buh-bye Candy...

I’m looking forward to seeing EVERY GOP-E incumbent politician eventually replaced with a conservative Pubbie without regards to them being a member of the Tea Party.

It is interesting to note that Robert Costa started out working for National Review and then moved to the Washington Post. That should give you an idea where Rich Lowry’s sympathies lie.

As long as nothing upsets the Uniparty Applecart they are A-Okay with it >:(

The TEA Party is the Answer.

The Tea Party could destroy the surrender monkey part of the GOP. With any luck, what will result will be a true conservative GOP devoid of any RINOs and liberalism.

Well, it’s more fun than writing that Obama has destroyed the Democrat party.

Hey CNN, check the scoreboard.

There’s been destruction already, while you were trying unsuccessfully to prop up your friends.

Are there any examples of the Right giving advise to the Left. I’m not asking about the day to day coverage, just one example. Oh, don’t include the Onion.

The GOP destroyed the Whigs. The GOP is now the corporate arm of Progressivism. It needs to change or be destroyed. Change we can believe in.

The Tea Party has been vilified but has far more in common with the American voter than either the Republican or socialist Democrat party.

“Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is trying “to govern responsibly and he wants to set the party up for major gains in ‘16. “

Turtleboy and his ilk (including Boner) will be in the minority again in 2016 with Mrs. Pantsuit as Pres if they don’t wake up!

The Marxists and Communist Party hasn’t destroyed the DemocRAT Party yet. These two parties have too much money to be destroyed.

All the Tea Party wants is honest politicans in office. I dont think it’s too much to ask for but it’s certainly evident dishonest politicians don’t like them.

That would be a shame. How would the country ever survive without the GOP driving it off the cliff?

CNN will be gone before the GOP, or for that matter the Tea Party.

All the Tea Party wants is honest politicans in office

Huey Long was asked what would happen to the people who didn't support him.

"They'll get honest government," he said.

He and his supporters would divvy up the swag.

The Tea Party wants honest gov't for EVERYONE.

Deep down all the progressives, liberals, and dishonest politicians know this and it scares them to death that the Tea Party might succeed because they know they stand FOR THE PEOPLE and truth. So meanwhile they continue to lie, skew, manipulate, and manufacture lies and fiction to keep the people from seeing this truth to accomplish their agenda.
