The problem according to some, presumably from DeSean Jackson, is that RG3’s relationship with the team is beyond repair.

Yeah, but you’d have to find a coach who enjoys losing, wouldn’t mind having a third-rate quarterback who is grossly overpaid, and must never criticize the owner or the quarterback in public. That probably limits you to just three or four coaches.
They will not be a competitive team with RGIII because he is not NFL material.

On the other hand, he is a Christian, speaks well and is a Republican. Other players don't consider him black enough and he does not hang out with them after practice.

RG3 is a coach killer. Redskin fans can’t see the truth and this would be outrageous. (some fans... not all). Huge mistake on Snyder’s part but he seems to be incompetent as an owner. IMHO.

Makes sense. RG3 is from a two-parents household who were in the military. Obviously that made him different from other football players.
Also, Jerry Jones has actually played the sport, and at a high level. I seriously doubt Snyder can throw a football.
