Washington head coach Jay Gruden could be "one and done" with the team if he insists on moving on from quarterback Robert Griffin III heading into the 2015 season, according to a report from Jason Reid of The Washington Post. Griffin was benched by Gruden in favor of Colt McCoy when it became clear that Griffin wasn't able to execute the kind of offensive gameplan that Gruden likes to run. Namely, Griffin struggles to make reads from the pocket, and Gruden's offense relies on a pocket passer.

Yeah, Griffin is about as 'unarmed' as quarterbacks come and they don't want PR like that.
Does Dan just not pay attention to the rest of the league? He’s really making all the same mistakes senile Al Davis made, not only lacking the excuse of senility but also forewarned that it’s a bad idea. Firing a coach after one year really limits the coaches that will be willing to take the job, especially when you trapped that coach with a bad situation.

I hear people comparing the two all the time. But Jones has a few rings in his trophy case whereas Snyder has none and will never have one. I believe he’s the dumbest owner in NFL history.

The Redskins invested quite a lot in RG3 with all those draft picks. He needs to get comfortable with a new Playbook and draft a new offensive line and see what happens.
