Very confusing terminology. Is a transgender woman a woman who gets mutilated trying to become a man or a man who gets mutilated trying to be a woman?

I've discovered a simple no-fail rule... whatever "gender" the author uses to describe the confused person, is opposite of the DNA...

...because the media is always eager to side with delusion and confusion.
