It’s amazing how quick it all went.
I can look at toys from 1980 and see “Made in Pawtucket, Rhode Island” or Akron or Massachusetts, and then look at the ones made in 1988 and they are all made in Japan, China, Taiwan and the Philippians. Another 10 and they are all now just made in China.
We(displaced USA workers) were all supposed to retrain as doctors, layers and engineers. Remember that one?
