The Champion of off shoring Rush is lamenting the demise of the US economy, the height of cynicism... He doesn't "Champion" of "off shoring". You missed. He understands it. Economically speaking, it makes sense for major businesses and manufacturers to move operations to more affordable business climates. That IS free enterprise and capitalism.
