Can Michigan land one of the Harbaugh brothers? I think Jim would be great because his intense style might start wearing on players after a few years as we are seeing in SF but in college one has a new batch of kids every year.

Not sure.
The jobs are very different univ vs pro.
Some guys enjoy recruiting and some can’t stand it.

He could change his last name to “Hokie” and try for the Hokies in Virginia?

Harbaugh would be great if he’d consider going back to NCAA football.

Yeah. That was good move...should have happened two years ago.
First Rodriquez, not Hoke. Big Blue is now 'black'n blue', forget the maize.

Keep your eye on the wire, ol’Charlie Strong (TX) may be available sooner than later.

Winning or making huge dough?
Either way I bet Harbaugh’s agent is a busy guy these days.

Bill Clark from Alabama-Birmingham.
He’s done a fantastic job with a program that is
starting it’s going-out-of-business sale.

I’d take the dough and lose all the way to retirement.

The “buyout clauses” these guys negotiate today are unreal.
Darrel Hazell at Purdue
2 year record: 4-20
Cost to fire: $8.7 million
And that’s not untypical...

In his defense he inherited a mess from Hope and is only 2 years in. Morgan Burke should be the one to go.

Yet, U of Iowa’s $3.8 million/year coach is still employed.
To: C19fan
To set the record early, Michigan is NOT getting Butch Jones.

Muschamp will be OC with the Gamecocks if Spurrier can make it happen.

Sometimes the devil you know is better than the one you don’t.
Prime example was when Art Modell fired Marty Schottenheimer after losing to Denver in the AFC Championship game. The franchise never recovered.
