Why should you be bothered by my opinion? You slander thousands of completely innocent people without breaking a sweat - so dealing with someone who calls you on it is trivial.

Those are civil cases; they’re the least of Spanier et. al’s problems. The worst that can happen to them there is they lose some money.
More important is the criminal case - State of Pennsylvania vs. Spanier - that can make him a lifetime cell-mate of Inmate Sandusky.

The cases themselves are simply a way to force discovery and get people (liars like freeh, erickson, frazier, emmert, etc.) under oath. Corman vs. ncaa is a pleasant surprise. JVP Estate vs. ncaa will be a blockbuster. Louis Freeh is done. He has been found out (and will be proven) as a liar for hire.
And if you think any of GS/GS/TC are going to jail (or will ever even see a court room), I have a bridge to sell you.
