I’m waiting for the District9 sequel. I’m sick to death of JJ Abrams’ lens flares and James Cameron just makes me sick.
Enough with the Star Trek and Star Wars franchises. How about making films of the Jack Vance “Planet of Adventure” stories. Or Heinlein’s “The Moon is a Harsh Mistress”? anything but these done-to-death series.
And no no more f***ing comic book movies. Yes I’m an old curmudgeon. I’m not a bit sorry about it. Enough movies for 8 year olds and enough remakes already.

Looked more like a light-saber version of a cross-guard.That's what it looked like. Curious to see how it will be used, since no one ever seemed to need a guard before. (I suppose Dooku did, since Annikan lopped his hands off in a duel...). I think the duel with Darth Maul was the best lightsaber fight to date.

Episode 4 rocked. Episode 5 rules. Episode 6 good and bad. Lose the ewoks . Han wusses out a bit. 1,2,3 a snore fest with the exception of parts of 3. I hope JJ restores the franchise to the 4-5 quality. I was impressed with his Star Trek reboot.
