I would have sliced every major tendon in his body before I tortured him very slowly. He wouldn’t be able to move once the tendons were cut.
Take a 20 penny nail.....nail his member and scrotum sac to a hickory stump and then give him a dull knife. Leave him for the wolves.

This father deserves a medal. In this type situation, it would be a true justice to allow the parents to mete out his punishment. However, justice will be served to this SOB in prison. Think about how many men in prison probably have daughters they rarely if ever get to see. Its not just the ‘sisters’ he’ll need to dodge. There’s a special place for these twisted monsters. :)
