He heard and knew everything because he was at the car with MB assaulting the officer. His bracelet was found a couple of feet from the SUV and it has Wilsons DNA on it. He was an accomplice until the shooting starts then he ran.

I saw that. Dorian was also talking to the grand jury about “forensics” and what officers should have learned in the academy AND ABOUT THE AUTOPSY (Brown Family). Dorian learned that ‘off the TV’.

No Grand Jury Witness talks about forensics and the autopsy unless prepped as to what to say. (excluding expert witnesses)

When Wilson was in the car, he was ‘way shorter than Brown. Plus, he was not at full strength, because you need to have your feet on the ground for that. Plus, he had to twist his body to the side to fight back.

Brown clearly had the advantage in that scuffle. Anyone who has a clue how a body works realizes that without question.

In Florida he would be charged with murder. Any death dury commission of a felony would get you charged.

Why not capital murder? Wasn’t he involved in a felony which resulted in someone’s death? Don’t black lives matter?

I think this is unwise.

When you walk out a free man, three days before a holiday dedicated to giving thanks, do so and call it a day.

I believe Missouri has a Felony Murder law.

I’m no attorney, but it seems like the two were still ‘escaping’ after the robbery - seeing that they still had the stolen goods and were on a public road. So was the robbery still being ‘committed’? That could get him felony murder.

Also, Conservative Treehouse has some good info on a yellow bracelet Johnson was wearing during the robbery...but ended up on the ground by the police car. To me, this means Johnson may have (very briefly) participated in the assault on Wilson - another felony murder possibility.

I know in Florida it would be automatic.

Look at post 38

And? The only thing I can conclude from that post is that one brother is in better condition than the other.

How does that relate to Brown manhandling Wilson like Hulk Hogan could manhandle a five-year-old?

Hulk Hogan is 6'4" and weighs about 280 lbs. The average five-year-old is 3'7" and weighs 41 lbs.

What you're trying to convince me of is that this is an apt comparison between two dudes who are 1" different in height and 80 lbs. different in weight.

But ... but ... minorities have an affirmative action dispensation to commit perjury in situations where racial prejudice may be construed to play a part, no?

Quantity has a quality all its own.

So, a 6'4", 280 lb. Hulk Hogan going after a 3'7", 41 lb. child is the same as a 6'5", 290 lb. man attacking another man who is 6'4", 210 lb. man?

What would you think of someone who thinks a 6'4", 280 lb. Hulk Hogan fighting a 3'7", 41 lb. child is the same thing as a 6'5", 290 lb. man fighting another man who is 6'4", 210 lb.?

Guys like you and Piers Morgan tick me off. First off, it’s a pathetic soul who gets his taking points from Piers.

You both take a metaphorical statement Wilson made to explain how overpowered he felt and try to discount it because he isn’t the size of a 5 year old - that is either extremely foolish or extremely dishonest. Why don’t you just call him a liar because he is obviously much older than 5? It’s the same dishonesty.

He was explaining how he felt - which is to say, helpless - you stupidly discount his feeling of helplessness because he is 6’4” and 210 lbs. But from what we know from other testimony and video, Brown was strong AND violent, which could credibly give Wilson a feeling of helplessness.

Brown did severe damage to Wilson’s face and head - regardless of the height and weight difference, so I find his claim of feeling helpless credible. Far more credible than you or Piers.

I don’t know what your agenda is, but it isn’t the truth.

probably the “conservative treehouse”....those people nailed this scam as they did with the Zimmerman trial.

Almost everything we found out this week... those people had two months ago

Many times unfortunately I have personally experienced being body slammed/attacked not knowing it was coming (and also knowing). 160 lbs vs 98 lbs and 6 inches in height differences. Impossible to defend yourself if in a bad position or with your back to the attacker, (not even counting the body/weight/height difference).

Poor choice of words Wilson used, but a fight in which he was in a car seat, encumbered by the steering wheel, dash, the seating position, not much he could have done. I wish he would have rolled the window up on his arm though. Would have stopped the assault and he wasn’t going anywhere with his arm caught.

If an officer, gun or not, orders/asks/tells me to get off, I’m getting off. I’d rather be alive and right than dead. No doubt this could have been diffused, starting with Mike Brown.

Dorian also said Big Mike’s pants weren’t the stylish around the lower butt, but the pics said his pants were down.

Sad all the way around.

So, Brown was 1" taller and only 80 lbs. heavier than Wilson. A five-year-old against Hulk Hogan. Really?

Height isn't the issue. The weight is. You must have not played football or basketball...80 lbs makes a huge difference.
