How does this work for ISIS?

If their “lone mujahid” does not get credit for the killing, if the deaths are chocked up to random violence caused by the Michael Brown controversy, how does that spread fear of Islamic terror?

Turns out the ‘lone wolf’ thing was crap all along... It was started during the Clinton years as a way to go after political opponents... Turns out it’s not even true for radical Muslims... (of course freepers knew that all along...
