The report says sexual incidents took place with people in the next room.
It does not say that either the pervert or the victim were unclothed.
The door is shut, the child is being groped or forced to do oral, and if the doorknob turns everyone will be sitting on the couch by the time the door opens. Looks like they were watching television.
Not enough. Why do they need to spend money on a trial and prison?
He is someone who is in the highest recidivism group.
Just execute/hang him and be done with it. if he get out he will just do it again.
